tiny (500 square ft) Thoureau-like writer’s getaway is both womblike and open to it’s surroundings. Rope and a hydraulic winch allow the floor-to-celing shutters to be raised or lowered. When lowered they add 600 square ft of deck and sweeping views of the landscape.
